AMI will process the personal data provided, as well as those generated as a result of the processing of your queries, complaints, suggestions and requests for information, in order to manage and respond to such queries, complaints, suggestions and requests for information.

AVANZA will process the personal data that you have provided through the form included in the “Job Opportunities” section, those included in the curriculum vitae that you send us, as well as those that may be obtained during the selection process that may take place, in order to manage your application for a job position at AVANZA or at any of the companies that make up the Avanza Group. The basis of legitimacy for the processing of your personal data is your consent given when you send your application for a job position in AVANZA or in any of the companies that make up the Avanza Group by means of the aforementioned e-mail.
Analyze the needs, tastes and preferences of the user to show advertising based on a commercial profile based on the information obtained through the continuous observation of their browsing habits. To do this, AVANZA uses cookies. This entity is registered in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which guarantees an adequate level of data protection in accordance with the provisions of the European Union regulations. Therefore, international data transfers to MICROSOFT CORPORATION are carried out with the necessary guarantees and in compliance with the applicable legislation.
