PURPOSE AND LEGITIMACY OF THE TREATMENT
ALOSA
ALOSA will process the personal data provided, as well as those generated as a result of the processing of your queries, complaints, suggestions and requests for information, in order to manage and attend to such queries, complaints, suggestions and requests for information.
The legal basis for the processing of data is the consent given by sending your query, complaint, suggestion or request for information.
AVANZA
AVANZA will process the personal data that you have provided through the form included in the "Job Opportunities" section, those included in the curriculum vitae that you send us, as well as those that may be obtained during the selection process that may take place, in order to manage your application for a job position at AVANZA or at any of the companies that make up the Avanza Group. You can obtain updated information on the identity and activities of the companies that make up the Avanza Group.
The basis of legitimacy for the processing of your personal data is your consent given when sending your application for a job position in AVANZA or in any of the companies that make up the Avanza Group by means of the aforementioned e-mail.
Analyze the needs, tastes and preferences of the user to show advertising based on a commercial profile based on the information obtained through the continuous observation of their browsing habits. To do this, AVANZA uses cookies. In this sense, the user is informed that the processing of the personal data obtained through these cookies will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of our Cookies Policy and this Privacy Policy.
The legitimacy for this purpose of processing your personal data is the user's consent to the use of behavioral advertising cookies. Once the periods indicated have elapsed, the personal data will be kept duly blocked while they are necessary to comply with the legal obligations to which ALOSA and AVANZA may be subject and to attend to any possible liabilities arising from the processing and only during the period of limitation of the same.
RECIPIENTS: ALOSA will communicate your personal data to the competent administrative bodies or to other companies of the Avanza Group when this is necessary to manage and process your query, complaint, suggestion or request. No other communications of data to third parties or transfers of data to third countries or international organizations are foreseen, except when legally required.
AVANZA may communicate your data processed for the purpose (i) to other companies of the Avanza Group that may have a job offer suitable to your profile for the aforementioned purpose; and MICROSOFT CORPORATION, domiciled in the United States, for Office 365, Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online and Windows Azure (MOS) services. The United States has not been declared as a country offering an adequate level of data protection, but the Spanish Data Protection Agency has considered sufficient the guarantees offered by MICROSOFT CORPORATION and has authorized the international transfer in file no. TI-00032-2014.
On the other hand, the data collected through the use of cookies may be accessible and used by third parties in accordance with the provisions of our Cookies Policy.
